Follow the steps in this article to cancel your Channable account.
Step 1 - Clear and deactivate your feeds
Any feeds you are using will need to be deactivated as well. Navigate to Feeds where activate feeds will have a blue dot before their name and inactive feeds will have an orange dot before their name.
For an activate feed navigate to "Feed name" > Rules, create a rule to filter all items from the feed and run the feed. This will delete the items from the feed. Then navigate to "Feed name" > Settings. In the Settings tab select the "Deactivate feed" button in order to deactivate the feed.
Note: If you are deactivating a Beslist feed contact your Beslist contact person to inform them the feed will no longer be used.
After you have deactivated the feed navigate back to Feeds. Repeat the deactivation process until all feeds are set to inactive (all feeds should have an orange dot before their names).
Step 2 - Clear and deactivate your APIs
Any APIs you are using will also need to be deactivated. Navigate to APIs where activate APIs will have a blue dot before their name and inactive APIs will have on orange dot before their name.
For an activate API navigate to "API name" > Rules and create a rule to filter all items from the feed. Then navigate to "API name" > Settings. In the Settings tab select the gear and in the drop down menu select "Clear API". This will remove your ads from the export channel. After clearing the API select the "Deactivate API" button in order to deactivate the API.
After you have deactivated the API navigate back to APIs. Repeat the deactivation process until all APIs are set to inactive (all order APIs should have an orange dot before their names).
Step 3 - Deactivate your projects
After you have deactivated all the order connections, feeds and APIs the next step is to deactivate your projects. Within an active project navigate to Settings > General and select "Deactivate project" deactivate the project. Repeat the process until all your projects have been deactivated.
