To reset your Channable password click on the account holder's name (the name you typed in when you signed up) at the top right corner of the tool.
You'll be presented with a drop-down menu from which you can choose 'account settings'.
After you access the settings you can change the email, name and also the password.
After you have chosen a password, just click 'Save'.
Note: In the password field fill in the new password that you want, not your current password.
