For most platforms, there is usually a way to generate a CSV or XML data feed, either using a plugin or built-in functionality. If you can't find any way to do this, contact us.
If you are not using an out-of-the-box solution or you do not manage the technical aspects of your web platform, contact the builder or support team that is concerned with the technical aspects. Ask if they can provide a CSV or XML data feed. For more information on what data we need, contact us.
If your shop builder or maintenance team cannot generate a data feed, contact us. Most of the time we are able to figure something out.
